Noemi's therapeutic sessions helped me rehabilitate a number of core muscle groups after a series of sport injuries. She devised a personalised yoga-based exercise programme that enabled me to safely stretch and strengthen my muscles to prevent further problems and enhance my sporting performance and wellbeing.
You know just how to 'push' us the right amount so we can achieve more.
