My passion for yoga was born in 2002. This beautiful and profound practice allowed me to, for the first time in my life, feel fully connected to my whole being. I was someone who never before had much body awareness nor was I athletic.
The possibilities that opened up to me through the practice of yoga inspired me to share my experiences with as many people as possible. I continue to study and evolve as a teacher as well as a student. My appetite and curiosity for deeper understanding is endless.
Honoring its roots and traditions, I want to present the art of yoga as an engaging and accessible practice, and love to share from my own experiences and exploration on and off the mat. My classes are supportive and playful, and encourage curiosity and self-trust.
“In my classes it is my aim to help you understand your body and experience it more comfortably, to help you understand your breath and direct it more skillfully, and to help you observe your mind with greater space and clarity. Above all I want to open the possibility for you to go deeper into your heart.”
